Sports Performance

Repetitive movements during competitive sports lead to microtraumatic injuries in many athletes. Weakness in the core and hips, and immobility in the spine and shoulder can be detrimental to sports performance.  We work with all athletes to determine the source of biomechanic breakdown in their movement patterns, and also to build power, mobility, agility and enhanced performance.
