Whether you are embarking on a couch to 5K plan or are an elite marathon runner, we work with you to achieve your running goals. We assess our runners through video gait analysis, and also a functional movement assessment which includes running-specific strength and mobility testing. We use this information to uncover the root cause of over-use injuries, and also to predict and prevent future running-related pain.
